So sometimes she remembers...
over the last couple of weeks it's been interesting to watch her take on a new transformation, sometimes when I call she's alert and knows what day it is and what it happening that day. Other times she has to stop to think about it every once in a while she gets lucky. It is amazing to witness what is happening and we finally get to see a neurologist next week, that should be a very interesting meeting.
Grandma's Bday: She'll be turning 85 in April and to my surprise she remembers what I did with her last year and wants to do that again. :) Mani & pedi's it IS!!
Mother's Bday: Yesterday was February 27, and as we were planning for the next week she suddenly remembered the 27th was her mother's bday! How old would she have been? I asked. She didn't know but she remembers she was born in 1907! We haven't figured out the cause of her death but I now know she was 74 when she died. Now I have some homework to do!
